Improve your immunity!

Eating a diet full of M&M’s, ice-cream and chocolate is fun … but not so fun once you get sick. To perform well in your VCE be sure to eat foods that are high in nutrients and fibre that can sustain your energy levels throughout the day. Avoid excessive amounts of coffee and caffeine – rather increase your energy by leading sleeping enough, exercising and meditation. The last thing you need during VCE is to be congested and weak!
